Here are some voice memos of me just basically brain-dumping my ideas for backing vocals on the final tracks. I felt that I needed to talk it out to get my ideas down and to develop them better. I actually did this while cooking dinner and I think that multi-tasking during this brain-dumping process helped me to not look too deeply into my ideas and overdevelop them into something I wasn't happy with. I also have a final set of demos before my totally complete album. It is interesting to see how much they progressed from month to month and how the demos have grown into full songs. It shows the constant work that went into developing the songs and making them sound the way I envisioned them at the beginning of the project. It is always a positive thing to see a project coming together like this and it can be very motivating.
